After 2 years since he last played at Esplanade, Jordan returns with a whole new line up in Esplanade’s Concourse Series “Jazz by Association”. Join Jordan as he takes you through a journey of one of jazz’s most influential pianists, Herbie Hancock. Accompanied by Shaun Seow on bass and Anson Koh on drums, Jordan and the Jazz Brotherhood demonstrate how the music of Herbie Hancock has come full circle. Starting with Hancock’s early education with his mentors and peers, they go on to explore how Hancock has influenced a generation of musicians. Do swing by and take a listen! It’s FREE!!!
